1. Type Your word And Select the Move Arrow Tool( First tool) Go to the Option 3D > new extrusion From The Selected Layer.

2. Press yes Like Shown in Below Image.

 3.1. Click on Environment
 3.2. Go to IBL ( Image Based Light) as Shown in Below Image and Click.
 3.3 Click and Select Load texture (select Same Image which is You Are Using as BackGround)
      

 4. Select The Tool( Shown in Image) to Adjust the IBL lighting



 5.1.Select All Layer By Pressing CTRL+Clicking as Shown in Below Image
 5.2 And Set the Reflection to 100%



 6. Then Follow The Steps Like Below 1,2,3

7. Select the 'bulb' icon and Adjust the Light Direction

Now You Have to Render the Scene Click the 3D  from Menu bar Then Click the >Render (2nd Last option)
It Will Take 10-15 Minute to Properly Render a Scene.

Lets Start

1. Make A new document go to file>New and set the setting like Below

2. Type Your word  and Click on Black Arrow Tool ( Right Side 1st tool in Tool Box )

 

 3. Rasterrized the Text By layer> Rasterrized> text






4. Here is the Trick Select Your text by Black arrow (Right Side 1st tool in Tool Panel)  tool then press and holds the ALT key and Press Up arrow Button From Your Keyboard 7-9 times and Press Enter. Then it will be Looks like below image.




5. Right Click on Text and Select the Last layer As Shown in Image below.



6. Then Go to Layer> Layer Style> Blending Option a dialog Box will open like Below Select Drop Shadow Option and Set the Setting Like Shownin below Image and Press OK.




Then Select the upper most Layer and Like shown in Below




8. Then go to Layer> layer Style> Blending option and Click on Color Overlay Option and Set the setting like below Press Ok And You are Done.

Press Ok And you Done

To Save go to File> Save As and Select Jpeg format As Shown in Below image

Change the Quality By slider  and Press ok
